Corporate Plan 2025-2029 Public Survey

Overview:

Over the past five years, Dublin City Council has been working to meet the goals set out in our Corporate Plan 2020-2024. This plan addressed the unique environmental, social and economic challenges facing our City, with a vision to build a dynamic and sustainable future for the people of Dublin.

Now, it’s time to take stock and set new priorities for 2025-2029. To do this, we need your help to form a vision and set ambitious goals. We want to hear from all those who live, work and play in Dublin city. What are your key priorities for the City and what changes would you like to happen over the next five years?

Dublin City Council is responsible for the social, economic, infrastructural and cultural development of the city. This plan will influence all the service areas within our remit, including housing, sports, recreation, community, climate action, economic development, transport, public realm and planning.

Think about your experiences with our services and let us know what we could do differently. Tell us how we can improve biodiversity or let us know what you’d like our parks and libraries to be like in the future.

Whether you have thoughts to share on traffic, transparency, business supports or waste management, we’d love to hear them. Tell us what we can do to improve our services and make Dublin a better city.

Why your view matters:

All contributions made during this consultation will be reviewed and the views provided will directly impact the priorities set out in the Corporate Plan 2025-2029. These priorities will then be used to create the specific actions outlined in our Annual Service Delivery Plan.

How to have your say:

Dublin City Council will carry out this public consultation from Wednesday, 16 October 2024 until Wednesday, 30 October 2024. The Corporate Plan will then go to the Elected Members of Dublin City Council for adoption at their meeting on 2 December.

Now is the time to have your say on Dublin City Council’s Corporate Plan 2025-2029. Complete our survey and tell us what our priorities for the next five years should be. All suggestions, comments and fresh ideas are welcome.
