What we are proposing:
Dublin City Council’s Property Disposal Section has requested the extinguishment of the public right of way over a laneway located between 36-38 Kilbarron Avenue and 35-37 Kilbarron Park. The reason for this proposal is to facilitate the disposal of the laneway.
The extent of this proposed extinguishment is shown outlined in red on drawing SM-2025-0791, attached below.
