What we are proposing:

Dublin City Council’s Property Disposal Section has requested the extinguishment of the public right of way over a section of road and footpath at St Anne’s Court, All Saints Park, Raheny, Dublin 5. The reason for this proposal is to facilitate the redevelopment of the site.

The extent of this proposed extinguishment is shown outlined in red on drawing SM-2025-1223, attached below.
