Why your view matters:

The results of this consultation will be carefully considered and will help to contribute to the next phase of development. Updates on the development will be provided on this page and through our publications and social media. All information collected in this survey is anonymous and the responses will be used to create a clear vision for investment in community facilities.

How to have your say:

To guide the next phase of the design process, we are asking local residents, other stakeholders and current users of the Markievicz Sports and Fitness Centre and the Irishtown Stadium for their views on the proposed development. We want to know what kinds of facilities and improvements they would like to see. This is a real opportunity to help shape the range of facilities available in the new leisure centre.

To have your say, take part in our online survey, which will run from 26 May 2025 until midnight on 10 June 2025.

We will also hold a drop-in information session at Irishtown Stadium, 1 Kerlogue Road, Dublin 4, D04 NH74 on Monday, 9 June 2025, from 4pm to 8pm. Here, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, view provisional plans and complete a paper copy of the survey.
