Where will the works take place?
The works will take place on Glasanaon Road and Glasanaon Park.

What works will take place?
The works will consist of:
Rigid, yellow pencil bollards will be installed on the northern side of Glasanaon Road and on both sides of Glasanaon Park. These are depicted as pink dots on the design drawing.
All vehicular entrances to remain unobstructed.

School Zone road surface signs will be painted directly on roads at the eastern and western end of Glasanaon Road. These are to advise motorists they are in a School Zone and to drive accordingly.

School Ahead signs with flashing amber signals will be installed at the eastern and western end of Glasanaon Road alongside the ‘School Ahead’ road signs.

The footpaths at the corner of Glasanaon Road and Glasanaon Park will be built out to tighten its radius. This is slow drivers down in the proximity of the school gate.

Tactile paving will be added to footpath buildouts at the corner of Glasanaon Road and Glasanaon Park. This paving prevents trips and slips and is more user-friendly for people with mobility and visual impairment needs. They are depicted as orange hatching on the footpath in the design drawings.

Hopscotch markings and Sheffield stands for bicycle parking will be in the tarmac space outside the school gate.
